I've done some more searching, it seems that issue could be related to where you are located in the world. A lot of people from Quebec report that the issue is caused by Videotron. It could also be that you used the incorrect region when you setup Glyph.

This is just a guess, so I'm not sure if that is what causes the issue. The first time you start Glyph, a box pops up in the top right, that says you can change you region.

Did you do this when you first started Glyph? It seems that if you do need to change region, you might have to reinstall Trove, then set your region to the correct one before you install Trove through Glyph.

Let me know if this is the case. They say to run Trove from desktop, but I think that still uses Steam. There is a "let us know" button on the website I linked. Give that a try, hopefully it will work. Some other things to check for are: Is you hard drive full?
